Simone Charles is the founder and Chief Experience Officer of Social B. Hospitality Group. As a self-described introvert, she credits events with helping her to find her voice. She utilizes her formal education and understanding of human behavior and organizational systems to oversee event campaigns and brand activation experiences.
Simone has carved her niche in event production by working in tandem with corporations, private and government entities to craft experiences that bridge the gap between ROI and experiential impact.
Under Simone's leadership Social B. Hospitality has privately owned and managed four non-traditional event venues while also consulting other service based businesses, venues and hospitality businesses. Through her time spent consulting, the operational gaps that exist for service based micro businesses and non-traditional venue spaces seeking to maximize revenue such as Churches, Breweries, Art Galleries and Co-working spaces became evident and proved to be a point of genius where she has flourished. Through her guidance many service based small businesses and venues alike have been able too create operational strategies coupled with hospitality principles that lead to client-centered operations and revenue growth.

We have proudly sourced and subcontracted an ecosystem of over 175 small businesses in the process of delivering our services. Effectively assisting our partners in increasing their MBE and DBE spend.
